Federica Fichera is an Italian-born video content producer and editor based in Melbourne. With a background in film, colour grading, and post-production, she combines a creative eye with a collaborative spirit to bring stories to life across advertising, branded content, and documentary work.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Video Design from IED Milan, Federica moved to Melbourne to complete a Master of Media at RMIT University. Her studies built a strong foundation in videography, advanced editing, colour grading, and post-production — skills that continue to shape her storytelling approach today.

Since 2021, Federica has been immersed in the fast-paced world of advertising, producing work for major Australian and international brands. At Visual Domain, she delivered a wide range of short-form content for clients including NAB, Save the Children, Red Rooster, Monash University, Lendlease, Realestate.com.au, Godfrey Hirst, AustralianSuper, and Bevmarks. Her projects ranged from brand stories and TVCs to social campaigns and case studies.

In 2024, she joined Noisy Beast, expanding her experience within the agency landscape. Collaborating closely with creative, media, and digital teams, Federica has worked across campaigns for brands such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Victoria University, Xero, British Paints, Sushi Sushi, Phillip Island Nature Parks, Daimler Trucks, Cobram Estate, and Fuso.

She continues to refine her craft in producing commercial content that uses creative storytelling to connect with diverse audiences.

Her passion for storytelling also extends to documentary filmmaking. Federica has collaborated with Indigenous Australian communities in Queensland and NSW on two short documentaries — “Muruba” (official selection at the Byron Bay Film Festival) and “Evanescent Country” — exploring themes of social justice, culture, and environmental protection.

Federica has also worked as a video editor and colourist with Space Between the Gaps Films, and as a freelancer for clients such as Arts Centre Melbourne, PANPAN Films, Crown Casino, Just Gold Digital Agency, and WhiteGrey. Earlier in her career, she contributed as an Assistant Director and Assistant Producer on television productions including That’s What the Boys Are For, Silent Comedy, EmmyLou Loves, and Mainland Tonight.
